Development
Bring us a reference garment or a sketch. We rebuild the pattern, source fabrics, and engineer the wash to match.
Sampling
First samples in 5–10 days; embroidery, prints and special washes around 15. Sample fees are credited back on first orders of 200+ pieces per style.
Small runs & bulk
First orders start at one full roll of fabric — roughly 60–70 pieces, cut through. Bulk runs from 300 pieces per style per colour, 45+ days after sample approval.

Our production floor sits in Jun'an, Shunde — one of China's four original "Denim Garment Towns", a cluster of 1,000+ denim makers with its own washing and finishing industry. Sampling with washing included runs 5–10 days; embroidery and special finishes around 15.

LNZY runs its own production floor in Jun'an, Shunde — Foshan — in operation since 2021, with a design team carrying three decades of denim experience.
Wash development runs together with our long-term partner dye-house in the same district. We develop and produce for European denim brands.
