A 1,100 m² floor in Jun'an — and the lines we don't own.
LNZY has run its own production floor in Jun'an, Shunde since 2021. Twenty people, one cutting table, a sample room. The washing and the heavy finishing happen with partners in the same district.
Most factory pages leave that second sentence out. We would rather show you the line.

What runs under our roof.
This is the split, written the way we would explain it on a factory visit.
| Stage | Where | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Pattern & sample | In-house | Pattern built from your reference or tech pack; the sample is sewn and fitted on our own machines, so a revision is a day, not a shipment. |
| Cutting | In-house | Spreading, cutting and bundle control stay on site — shade lots and panel matching are decided here. |
| Sewing | In-house | Five-pocket, cargo, jackets, skirts. One line running mixed styles, which is why 60–70 pieces is a real order for us and not a favour. |
| Washing | Long-term partner dye-house, same district | Rinse through to bleach, tint, spray and hand work. Same partner for sampling and bulk, so what you approve is what comes back. |
| Embroidery, printing, special finishes | Specialist partners, same district | Runs on the same schedule as the wash; adds roughly a week to sampling. |
| Finishing & packing | In-house | Trimming, measuring, folding, polybags, carton marks. |

Why twenty people can still ship 150,000 pieces a month.
Because that number is not twenty people. It is our floor plus the partner lines we schedule — the same cutters and machinists who have run our orders since 2021, in a cluster of more than a thousand denim workshops inside one district.
What stays ours is the part you cannot outsource: the pattern, the sample, the wash you approve, and the decision about what leaves the building. Your sample is cut and sewn here, washed on the same route your bulk will take, and checked against the same spec.
If your order is 30,000 pieces across 50 styles, ask us which part runs where before you commit. We will tell you — including the part where the answer is "that quantity is not sensible in this window."

Who does what.
01Pattern & development
A design team carrying three decades of denim experience. They read a reference garment the way a buyer does — proportion first, then construction, then the wash.
02Sample room
Patterns graded, samples sewn on site, fit comments handled in days. This is where a 60-piece first order is actually possible.
03Line & QC
The same people who sew your sample run your bulk, and check measurements against the sample you approved — not against a different spec sheet.
04Merchandising & export
One person answers you from brief to shipment: fabric, sample comments, packing list, statement, carton marks. No account-manager relay.
Where we're not a fit.
No BSCI or OEKO-TEX certificate in our own name. No in-house testing lab. What we do have is a straight answer about both — before you commit, not after the deposit.
If your compliance team needs mill-level certificates, raise it at the brief stage: we will tell you what our fabric partners can and cannot provide, and whether that is enough for your channel.
